Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Wako Digital Hub ("iLeadX," "we," "us," or "our" — a subsidiary of Wako Digital Hub Ltd) may provide refunds for subscriptions to the iLeadX platform. This policy applies to all paid plans (Growth, Pro, and Enterprise) purchased through our website.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment and therefore no refunds apply. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Free plan at any time without charge.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

3.1 General Policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you purchase a monthly subscription, you receive immediate access to the Platform's paid features. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

3.3 Exception: Service Unavailability

If the Platform experiences total unavailability (100% downtime) for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours in a calendar month, you may request a refund for that month's subscription fee. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the incident to [email protected] with evidence of the downtime.

4. Annual Subscriptions

4.1 General Policy

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as provided in Section 4.2.

4.2 14-Day Cancellation Window

New annual subscribers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date. To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject "Annual Refund Request" and include your account email and purchase date. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions.

5. Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20 through NowPayments) are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and cryptocurrency price volatility. By paying with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

6. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plan refunds are governed by the terms of the individual Enterprise Order Form or subscription agreement executed between iLeadX and the Customer. Custom billing arrangements, including refund terms, will be specified in the agreement.

7. Downgrades

You may downgrade from a paid plan to the Free plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for the remaining time on your current plan.

8. Account Termination for Violation

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, you will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. If the dispute is resolved in iLeadX's favor, you remain responsible for the disputed amount plus any chargeback fees incurred. Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the terms of this policy:

  3. Include: your account email, plan type, purchase date, and reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method where possible. Cryptocurrency refunds, if approved, will be processed in USDT to the wallet address you provide, net of any network transaction fees.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will not affect subscriptions purchased before the effective date of the change. Material changes will be communicated via email and Platform notice.
