These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Wako Digital Hub Ltd ("iLeadX," "we," "us," or "our" — a subsidiary of Wako Digital Hub Ltd) and you ("User," "you," or "your") governing your access to and use of the iLeadX lead-generation platform, website, dashboard, API, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply globally. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
Each individual or organization is limited to one free account. iLeadX reserves the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. We accept the following payment methods:
All fees are denominated in USD. Cryptocurrency payments are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
For USDT (TRC20) payments, you must send the exact amount to the wallet address provided at checkout within the payment window. Failure to send the exact amount or sending an unsupported cryptocurrency may result in loss of funds. iLeadX is not responsible for:
Upon confirmation on the blockchain, your subscription will be activated. This typically takes 1-3 confirmations for USDT (TRC20).
Each plan includes monthly usage limits. Limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused searches do not roll over.
You may cancel anytime through your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. iLeadX does not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
You may use the Platform to discover, enrich, and score business leads for legitimate B2B sales and marketing purposes.
You agree NOT to:
iLeadX reserves the right to investigate violations and take action including suspension, termination, and legal remedies.
iLeadX and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, algorithms, AI models, databases, designs, and documentation.
Lead Data is sourced from publicly available information. iLeadX does not claim ownership of individual business facts. The compilation, enrichment, scoring, and organization of Lead Data constitutes iLeadX's proprietary work product.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Platform, you grant iLeadX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.
The Platform integrates with Google Maps, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Zapier, Mailchimp, Notion, Paystack, Stripe, and NowPayments. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. iLeadX does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party services.
The Platform uses AI models to generate lead scores, urgency assessments, pain point analyses, and pitch angles ("AI Outputs"). AI Outputs are advisory and probabilistic in nature. They do not constitute professional advice, verified facts, or guarantees. You are responsible for independently verifying AI-generated content before use. iLeadX disclaims all liability for decisions made based on AI Outputs.
Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. iLeadX disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the Platform at your own discretion and risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAKO DIGITAL HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wako Digital Hub from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, outreach to Lead Subjects, or infringement of third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, non-payment, or extended inactivity (12+ months). Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (primary jurisdiction) and the State of Delaware, United States (secondary jurisdiction for US Users). Disputes shall first be addressed informally by contacting [email protected]. Unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Nigeria. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice via email and Platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. iLeadX shall not be liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
